  • Position:Customer Service Executive (Gov)
  • Salary: $2400 - $2500
  • Period: 3 months from Dec 2025, subject to renewal
  • Woring Hours: Mon - Fri, office hours
  • Location: Novena

Responsibilities:
  • Responded to general tax enquiries and followed up with taxpayers as needed.
  • Addressed written enquiries on individual income and property taxes.
  • Promoted digital services to encourage timely tax compliance.
  • Guided taxpayers in using e-services and chatbots.
  • Performed routine administrative tasks and other assigned duties.

Requirements:
  • Possesses minimum GCE 'A' Level.
  • Self-motivated individual and able to handle > 20 cases per day.
