JOB DESCRIPTION
- Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries
- Provide prompt, friendly, and professional assistance
- Handle inbound calls, emails, or live chats with confidence
- Record and track customer interactions and solutions
- Resolve issues effectively or escalate where needed
- Work with internal teams to follow up on service cases
- Gain product knowledge and system training
- Maintain high satisfaction scores through quality service
- Learn communication and problem-solving skills on the job
- Make a difference in every customer interaction
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Ability to handle high-volume customer interactions and remain calm under pressure
- Entry level candidates are welcome to apply, training will be provided
