Customer Service Executive / Call Centre Executive

Locations: East / West
Salary & Benefits:
  • Basic: $2,500 - $3,000
  • Attractive Company Benefits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and enquiries in a professional manner.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely follow-up on customer requests and issues.
  • Provide accurate product and service information to customers.
  • Record and update customer interactions and feedback in the system.
  • Support the customer service team in daily operations and ad-hoc administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Entry-level candidates are welcome - training will be provided.
  • Prior experience in customer service or call centre roles will be an advantage.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
