As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Officer to join our team.

What You'll Do
✅ Handle watch purchasing, price negotiation, and customer enquiries.
✅ Manage servicing, repairs, protective film applications, and inventory.
✅ Assist with watch authentication and related documentation.
✅ Support sales and marketing through product photography, editing, and listings.
✅ Perform administrative and bookkeeping tasks.
✅ Liaise with the Virtual Assistant team and handle ad-hoc duties as required.

What We're Looking For
✅ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
✅ Prior experience in the luxury watch or pawnshop industry is an advantage.
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
✅ Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
✅ Able to commit to retail hours (including weekends), 5 days per week.
