Job Responsibilities:
  1. Provide administrative support for daily operations.
  2. Offer courteous and high-quality support for a variety of customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, fax, etc.
  3. Understand customer needs and deliver appropriate solutions.
  4. Consistently deliver excellent customer service to ensure total customer satisfaction.
  5. Oversee dealer orders and act as distributor collection point.
  6. Provide product knowledge to customers when applicable.
  7. Schedule and maintain customer appointments.
  8. Ensure the shop's appearance, cleanliness, and provisions are well-organized.
  9. Continuously identify and recommend work process improvements.
  10. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:
  1. Experience in customer service preferred.
  2. Ability to consistently deliver high-quality customer service.
  3. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

The work location is at Upper Thomson, from Tuesday to Saturday.
