Job Description

Customer Service Executive (Retail)

Work Location: Ubi, Vertex

Key Roles

• Provide intuitive and enjoyable customer-centric services by interacting and providing appropriate advice to Customer's need and enquiries with a professional disposition at all time.

• Ensure smooth overall operations, good visual presentation and cleanliness of the showroom.

• Manage samples and catalogue inventory in the showroom.

• Ensure all walk-in customers are well-attended to.

• Promote brand awareness and increase customer base in CRM.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least GCE "N" Level and above

• Ability to think creatively and work independently

• Excellent interpersonal, communication skills.

• Candidates with showroom / customer service / frontline experience preferred.

• Required to work Retail Hours (Day), 5 Days Work Week (inclusive of Weekends and PH)
