  • To provide Application and hardware support for systems installed and run at the customer site.
  • To troubleshoot PCs installed with Windows 10 and above and the installed application, reimage the PC, handle receipt printer issue, configure barcode reader and RFID equipment.
  • To track application log, conduct UAT, functional test, etc.
  • To provide support to partners/vendors in system maintenance and troubleshooting of production issues.

Requirements:
  • Diploma in IT/Computing or related certification
  • Customer's located island wide and travelling to different location is necessary

Must be willing to work with the following arrangement :

Support timing
  • To support customer from 8am , Mon to Fri
  • Hand phone support(if on duty) after 6pm, Mon to Fri

Weekend support
  • Engineers will take turn to hold the support hand phone on Sat and Sun (average once a month)
