Job Description :
  • Provide front-line customer service
  • Sale of tickets and any other relevant products / services at counter
  • Ensure that passengers have the necessary and valid travel documents, passports and tickets
  • Assist passengers in checking-in at counter and issue boarding pass
  • Attend to enquiries over the counter and via phone
  • Assisting passengers who require special assistance

Requirements :
  • 'N' or 'O' Levels with PC knowledge
  • Able to commit morning / afternoon shifts
  • Able to commit weekends and public holidays
  • Customer service oriented
