Job Description : <ul> <li>Provide front-line customer service</li> <li>Sale of tickets and any other relevant products / services at counter</li> <li>Ensure that passengers have the necessary and valid travel documents, passports and tickets</li> <li>Assist passengers in checking-in at counter and issue boarding pass</li> <li>Attend to enquiries over the counter and via phone</li> <li>Assisting passengers who require special assistance</li></ul> Requirements : <ul> <li>'N' or 'O' Levels with PC knowledge</li> <li>Able to commit morning / afternoon shifts</li> <li>Able to commit weekends and public holidays</li> <li>Customer service oriented</li></ul>
