Job Description :
Requirements :
- Provide front-line customer service
- Sale of tickets and any other relevant products / services at counter
- Ensure that passengers have the necessary and valid travel documents, passports and tickets
- Assist passengers in checking-in at counter and issue boarding pass
- Attend to enquiries over the counter and via phone
- Assisting passengers who require special assistance
Requirements :
- 'N' or 'O' Levels with PC knowledge
- Able to commit morning / afternoon shifts
- Able to commit weekends and public holidays
- Customer service oriented
