DESCRIPTION OF COMPANY

We are an educational enrichment centre for young children

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Attend and follow up with customer enquiries
  • Support centre operations and administration.
  • Arranging for class schedules for students
  • Collect payment and register in system

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Proficient in basic microsoft excel and word skills
  • Good communication skills to interact well with clients.
  • Friendly, good etiquette, service oriented.
  • Good team player.
  • Meticulous on details
  • Able to multi-task
  • Willing to work on weekends. 5-day work week from Wednesday to Sunday.
  • Required language(s): English, Mandrain (in order to liaise with the English & Mandarin speaking associates)
