As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our dynamic team in Singapore. Job Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service via email and phone.
Process bookings for collection and delivery through our system for priority clients.
Monitor and follow up on outstanding customer orders to ensure timely delivery.
Offer shipment support and resolve delivery-related issues.
Generate and compile monthly reports for management.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to maintain high service standards.
Work closely with the customer service team to provide full support to clients.
Coordinate with the operations team for daily collections and deliveries.
Assist with ad hoc tasks assigned by the Supervisor and Customer Service Manager.
Training will be provided to ensure your success in the role.
Requirements
Minimum GCE N/O Level or Diploma in any discipline.
Customer-focused with a positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
Prior experience in customer service, logistics, supply chain, or shipping (preferred but not required).
Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
