1. Reception & Seating | 接待与引导
Greet and warmly welcome guests, escort them to their seats, and provide a brief introduction to the restaurant's concept and menu highlights.

2. Professional Advice & Assistance | 专业咨询与解答
Offer professional recommendations and answer guests' questions about menu options, ingredients, allergens, and beverage pairings.
为客人提供专业菜单建议,解答有关菜品,食材,过敏原及酒水搭配的疑问。
3. Order Taking & Communication | 点单与传达
Accurately take guests' orders and communicate them promptly and clearly to the kitchen to ensure smooth preparation and service flow.
准确记录客人点单,并及时,清晰地传达至厨房,确保出餐顺畅无误。
4. Food & Beverage Service | 高标准服务
Deliver exceptional food and beverage service - serving dishes and drinks, setting and clearing tables, and preparing cutlery and napkins with care.
提供高品质餐饮服务,包括上菜,饮品服务,摆台与清理,准备餐具及纸巾等。
5. Cleanliness & Organization | 环境维护
Maintain a clean, organized dining environment, ensuring that tables, chairs, floors, and utensils are tidy and well-presented.
保持餐厅整体环境整洁有序,确保桌面,椅子,地面与餐具干净并摆放得体。
6. Payment & Records | 结账与记录
Handle billing and payment transactions, including membership points, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.

7. Special Requests Handling | 特殊需求协调
Identify and accommodate guests' special requirements - such as allergies or dietary preferences - through effective coordination with the kitchen.
