• Provide first line technical support to employees via phone, teamviewer, or in person, troubleshooting hardware and software issue.
• Support end users onsite and remotely to resolve IT-related issues encountered failure.
• Assist to setup, install, configure computer and system upgrade and troubleshoot PC/hardware and software, network, server maintenance etc.
• Assist in manage user accounts, permissions and rights in access system.
• Assist in in server data back-up and recovery.
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary.
• Assist to manage the website and in-house system & program.
• Assist in antivirus software installation and renewal of software subscriptions.
• Educate user on best practice for IT security, passwords of various system applications of all clinics for safety precautions.
• Maintain the IT inventory asset listing and tagging and collate software subscription listing including the expiry date.
• Maintain access to databases, maintaining internet, firewall and CCTV & wifi system when needed.
• To work on any other IT project that is assigned by your superior.

Requirements

• Diploma in Computer Science/IT Information System or equivalent.
• 2 years of MS Windows Server Systems Administration experience familiar with PC Hardware, MS Windows Desktop/Server OS, MS A/D and basic network, TCP/IP knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
• Prior Experience in Troubleshooting and Repairing of PC/Notebooks
• Highly motivated, detailed oriented, possess analytical and problem-Solving Abilities.

• Possess a high degree of professional and confidentiality in handling cybersecurity work.
• Training will be provided. Subsequently able to work independently, out of office hours when needed for system downtime.

• Self-motivated and diligent in carry out the work assigned.

• Only those who are able to to commit on a permanent part time basis to apply. Pay scale is dependent of no of days or hours of work per week.
