Working hour: office hour
  • Process and coordinate facility booking requests from organisations and stakeholders, ensuring proper allocation based on stakeholder tiering
  • Generate and analyse data to support management's decision-making processes for facility allocation
  • Prepare comprehensive presentation decks consolidating stakeholder requests and data for approval
  • Manage customer enquiries regarding facilities allocation and resolve booking conflicts between stakeholders
  • Monitor customer compliance with booking terms and conditions, including timely payment collection
  • Maintain efficient mailbox management with prompt follow-up on booking requests
  • Handle user feedback, queries, quotation requests, and complaints professionally
  • Execute end-to-end booking processes, including payment collection and maintenance of accounting records in Microsoft Excel
  • Support user administration and conduct system testing for the booking platform
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for new processes
