Job Responsibilities:

• \tAttend to calls in professional manner

• \tTimely rectification of issues

• \tEnsure enquiries are attended to, according to guideline

Requirement:

• \tMin O Level

• \t2 - 3 years of call centre services experiences preferably

• \tAble to adapt to fast pace environment.

• \tPassionate in customer service

• \tA positive team player with the ability to work independently and a strong work ethic.
