Responsibilities:
  • Support daily customer service , including complaints (enquiries, calls, emails)
  • Update and submit daily/monthly reports to customers
  • Prepare simple draft logistics billings
  • Handle ad-hoc task upon customer request (if any)
  • Other ad-hoc operation duties as assigned.

Requirements :
  • Minimum GCE "O" Level
  • Able to multi-task, prioritize and time management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Entry-level / Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
