About the Role

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site assistance to international travelers for SG Arrival Card and Electronic Health Declaration submissions.
• Guide travelers on using automated immigration lanes.
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a smooth arrival experience.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Working Hours

Shifts (inclusive of 1-hour lunch break):

• Morning Shift: 8:00am - 3:00pm
• Afternoon Shift: 3:00pm - 10:00pm
• Support Shift: 10:00am - 6:00pm

Shift details will be explained during the screening call.
Applicants must be open to rotating shifts (including weekends & Public Holidays). Preferred shifts cannot be chosen.

Working Days

• Monday to Sunday, including Public Holidays.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE O-Level qualification or higher.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using mobile or online systems.
• Must be able to stand for long hours throughout the shift.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, and PHs.
• Entry-level applicants are welcome - on-the-job training will be provided!
