Key Responsibilities
- Process and coordinate facility booking requests from organisations and stakeholders based on established policies.
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and booking-related issues professionally and promptly.
- Prepare data reports and presentation materials to support management decisions.
- Manage mailbox communications, quotation requests, and payment follow-ups.
- Monitor compliance with booking terms and ensure timely payment collection.
- Maintain accurate records and reports using Microsoft Excel.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or administrative coordination.
- Singaporean only.
