oin a leading trading and distribution company as a Customer Service Executive! If you are passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences and supporting smooth order fulfilment, this is the role for you.

What You'll Do:
  • Provide good customer support via email and phone.
  • Manage sales orders end-to-end: stock allocation, delivery, and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and recommend new products.
  • Support reporting, data analysis, and ad hoc projects as needed.

What We're Looking For:
  • Diploma in any field with 2-3 years in order management or customer service.
  • Customer-focused, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Strong communication skills and experience handling enquiries/claims.
  • Microsoft Excel proficient (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, basic formulas); SAP is a plus.
  • Able to start on short notice is a bonus.
