What You'll Do:
- Provide good customer support via email and phone.
- Manage sales orders end-to-end: stock allocation, delivery, and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
- Build strong relationships with customers and recommend new products.
- Support reporting, data analysis, and ad hoc projects as needed.
What We're Looking For:
- Diploma in any field with 2-3 years in order management or customer service.
- Customer-focused, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Strong communication skills and experience handling enquiries/claims.
- Microsoft Excel proficient (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, basic formulas); SAP is a plus.
- Able to start on short notice is a bonus.
