Job Description
A customer care officer handles various administrative and operational tasks to support the sales department. Common responsibilities include:
1) Documentation :
Preparing and generating sales documents such as quotations, purchase orders, delivery orders, and invoices
2) Order Management:
Processing sales orders, entering them into the system, and coordinating their fulfillment and delivery logistics.
3) Customer Interaction:
Handling customer inquiries via phone and email, addressing complaints, and providing after-sales support.
4) Data Management:
Maintaining and updating customer databases and sales records.
5) Communication:
Serving as a point of contact for customers and coordinating with other internal teams, such as the stores and logistics departments.
6) Reporting:
Assisting with sales reports, tracking performance data, and managing financial information like payables and receivables.
Requirements:
1) Organizational Skills:
The ability to manage multiple tasks, documents, and requests efficiently.
2) Attention to Detail:
Ensuring accuracy in processing orders, invoices, and customer data.
3) Communication Skills:
Effectively interacting with customers and the sales team through various channels. English or second langhuage is a plus
4) Tech Proficiency:
Familiarity with sales and order processing software.
5) Teamwork:
A collaborative approach to support the sales team and ensure smooth overall operations.
Remuneration:
Basic Salary from $2,000 per month,
plus Bonus if hit KPI
5.5 days per week
Monday to Friday, 10am-6pm
Saturdays 9am-1pm
Office role, stay in office
