Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service team and drive business growth through service excellence and sales initiatives. This role involves developing strategies aligned with headquarters' goals, managing key customer relationships, and identifying opportunities for system improvements and service revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute annual team strategies and goals in alignment with HQ's overall customer service (CS) direction.
  • Build, lead, and mentor the customer service team to ensure high performance and operational excellence.
  • Identify, pursue, and manage service sales opportunities and rebuild or retrofit projects to drive revenue growth from both new and existing customers.
  • Analyze customer requirements and challenges to propose tailored system improvement solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the entire sales cycle-from pre-sales to post-sales support.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals for system upgrades and service agreements; negotiate terms that ensure mutual benefits for both the company and the customer.
  • Act as a key liaison between customers and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and timely issue resolution.
  • Foster long-term partnerships through consistent follow-up, trust building, and responsive service.
  • Review and execute company's sales and service strategy in coordination with management.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales transactions, contracts, and customer communications.
  • Ensure all customer service and sales activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service and support management.
  • Experience in supply chain solutions, automation, robotics, or materials handling will be advantage
  • Proven track record in service sales and business development.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical thinking skills.
  • Effective and confident presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven, with a dynamic and proactive approach to achieving targets.
  • Willingness to travel locally and overseas when required.
