• Supervise production planning activities with focus on customer order fulfilment, on-time delivery and related logistics support.
• Study and reduce process cycle time.
• Manage customers' expectations by clearly communicating team's commitment to customer and providing prompt updates to
customers.
• Proactively attend to customer's request/feedbacks and challenges in a professional manner.
• Monitor orders on regular basis and assist in forecasting for Planners through regular meetings.
• Obtain and share customers' feedback with colleagues and other departments to improve product and service.
• Maintain excellent organizational and time-management skills, with strong follow-through and perseverance to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Manage the operational sales activities through Outstanding Order Report with Customers.
• Perform any other related tasks as assigned
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
• Knowledge in production planning and experience in MRP system will have an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
• Able to stay calm, work well under pressure and manage feedback.
• Has initiative, is organized and able to meet delivery schedule.
Education
• Minimum Diploma / Degree in Industrial Engineering / or related discipline.
Experience
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Manufacturing/Engineering industry.
