JOB SCOPE:
  • Handle daily request for quotation from customers for air freight cargo space booking.
  • Liaise with Airline or GSA to book and secure cargo space confirmation.
  • Provide solution to customers for complex cargo movement.
  • Co-ordinate with partners for cargo movement solutions.
  • Monitoring of cargo movement and keep customers inform of cargo uplift and arrival.
  • Data entry into inhouse freight system.
  • Work closely with our export and import department to ensure no disruption to cargo movement.
  • And other duties being assign by HOD.

JOB REQUIREMENT
  • Pleasant personality with positive mindset.
  • Team player.
  • Ability to communicate and interact with customers,airlines and partners.
  • At least 3 years of experiences in Air Freight Forwarding.
  • Computer literate.
  • Ability to perform multitask and work independently without supervision.
  • Possess good working attitude and willingness to learn.
