JOB SCOPE:
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Handle daily request for quotation from customers for air freight cargo space booking.
- Liaise with Airline or GSA to book and secure cargo space confirmation.
- Provide solution to customers for complex cargo movement.
- Co-ordinate with partners for cargo movement solutions.
- Monitoring of cargo movement and keep customers inform of cargo uplift and arrival.
- Data entry into inhouse freight system.
- Work closely with our export and import department to ensure no disruption to cargo movement.
- And other duties being assign by HOD.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Pleasant personality with positive mindset.
- Team player.
- Ability to communicate and interact with customers,airlines and partners.
- At least 3 years of experiences in Air Freight Forwarding.
- Computer literate.
- Ability to perform multitask and work independently without supervision.
- Possess good working attitude and willingness to learn.
