About the role

Join the dynamic team at Core Concepts Pte Ltd as a Customer Service Associate. In this full-time position, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service and support. What you'll be doing

• Greet and welcome customers, addressing their needs and enquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage customer appointments, including scheduling, rescheduling and confirming.
• Efficiently process customer registrations, collections of accounts receivables and other administrative tasks.
• Liaise with internal teams to coordinate customer care and communicate updates.
• Assist with general office duties as required.

• Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and empathetic approach.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and office software.
