Job Responsibilities
- Serve walk-in and appointment-based customers professionally and courteously.
- Receive, check, and handle customer devices carefully during drop-off and collection.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate updates on repair progress.
- Manage customer satisfaction, including handling feedback, complaints, and warranty claims.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service centre environment.
- Answer phone calls and attend to online inquiries when required.
- Assist the Operations Manager with daily administrative or operational tasks when needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in retail, electronics, or service industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, positive attitude.
- Able to multitask and handle customers in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of mobile devices or interest in technology is an advantage.
- Proactive team player with good time management skills.
- Training will be provided for product knowledge and repair process handling.
