Responsibilities:
Requirements:
Working Period:
- Answer phone call, handle sales enquiry and processing of sales orders
- Tracking on gift set, inventory, premium and etc.
- Issue Goods Requisition Form & other admin duties
- Process and track payment for customer
- Participate in company's road show (if required)
- Attend to all in-coming calls on Online customer enquiries /dealing with Customer Enquiries(Email , Online platform enquiries)
- Administer Daily Order process duties , Arrange deliveries, Check delivery status ,Data Entry and stock packing (if Necessary)
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Supervisor
Requirements:
- Minimum 'A' Level / Diploma
- Able to commit for the whole period
- May require to work overtime
Working Period:
- 1st batch:Nov 2025 - Feb 2026
- 2nd batch: Dec 2025 - Feb 2026
