Customer Service | Airfreight Export | Up to $3.5k | Changi

• Salary Range: $3,300 - $3,500
• Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM to 6PM, 5.25 days (Alt Sat 8.30am to 1pm)
• Working Location: Changi Airfreight Centre

Job Description:

• Liaise with customers on shipment instructions and booking updates
• Permit declarations and customs clearance
• Coordinate, booking and tracking of Export shipments
• Handle transportation schedule and operations duties
• Monitor shipment status and update customer and sales team
• Negotiating of airline buying rates
• Liaise with overseas agents on various requirements and rates
• Prepare necessary documents for internal stakeholders to follow up
• Checking of shipments status
• Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by superior

Job requirements:

• Minimum 1 years of experience in air freight operations
• Strong understanding of export procedures and relevant regulations
