We are partnering with a leading organisation in the trading and distribution industry to hire a Customer Service Executive who is passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences and supporting smooth order fulfilment processes.
Responsibilities
- Provide quality customer service support via email and phone, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Manage customer enquiries efficiently and escalate issues when necessary for timely resolution.
- Handle end-to-end sales order management, including stock allocation and delivery arrangements.
- Build and maintain close communication with customers through regular meetings and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and issue resolution.
- Support problem-solving initiatives and provide value-added service to customers.
- Extract and compile data for monthly reporting and analysis.
- Recommend and promote new products to existing customers to strengthen relationships and drive growth.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks or projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in any field.
- 2-3 years of experience in order processing, delivery coordination, and customer relationship management.
- Customer-focused with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experienced in managing customer enquiries and claims via email and phone.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, simple formulas).
- Experience with SAP is an advantage.
- Able to start work on short notice will be an added advantage.
