- Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in customers at the service center
- Handle customer requests related to RMA , including device receiving, collection, and basic status updates.
- Assist in credit note application and submission processes for customers.
- Ensure accurate documentation and data entry of customer and product details.
- Liaise with internal teams (technical/service/finance) to support smooth customer transactions.
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative or support tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Working experience in supporting IT related equipment
- At least 2 years of working experience in a fast-paced Service Center environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced expertise in Excel functions.
- Strong communication, enjoy problem-solving and the ability to handle difficult customer situations in a professional manner.
- Able to commit on alternate 5.5 work week.
