Any 5 days of the week (4 weekdays +1 sat/sun)

📞 Answer & make calls with a smile
📅 Help customers book appointments
💬 Handle questions and provide info
📝 Keep records updated
🤝 Work with the team to solve issues
🌟 Deliver great customer service every time!

✅ Requirements:
🎓 Min. O-Level or equivalent
📞 Some customer service or call centre experience (a plus!)
🗣 Friendly and clear communicator
⚡️ Good at multitasking and staying calm
💻 Basic computer & phone skills
