About Our Client

The client is a key player in the medical device industry.

Job Description

  • Verify customer orders to ensure accuracy in items, pricing, and specifications.
  • Monitor and manage customer inventory levels at the hub warehouse.
  • Prepare and issue purchase orders to factories or suppliers after confirming stock allocation.
  • Coordinate shipping arrangements and documentation among factories, suppliers, warehouses, freight forwarders, and customers to achieve on time in full delivery.
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams on shipping and delivery requirements.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely support.
  • Carry out final billing processes for both customers and factories/suppliers.
  • Escalate issues or exceptions to managers for appropriate action.
  • Undertake additional duties as assigned by supervisors when required.

The Successful Applicant

  • Possess minimally a Diploma qualification.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong skills in Excel.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in logistics, particularly in shipping and order fulfillment.
  • Familiarity with SAP systems is a plus.
  • Proactive, attention to detail, and dependable team player with a strong sense of responsibility
