About Our Client
The client is a key player in the medical device industry.
Job Description
- Verify customer orders to ensure accuracy in items, pricing, and specifications.
- Monitor and manage customer inventory levels at the hub warehouse.
- Prepare and issue purchase orders to factories or suppliers after confirming stock allocation.
- Coordinate shipping arrangements and documentation among factories, suppliers, warehouses, freight forwarders, and customers to achieve on time in full delivery.
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams on shipping and delivery requirements.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely support.
- Carry out final billing processes for both customers and factories/suppliers.
- Escalate issues or exceptions to managers for appropriate action.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned by supervisors when required.
The Successful Applicant
- Possess minimally a Diploma qualification.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong skills in Excel.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in logistics, particularly in shipping and order fulfillment.
- Familiarity with SAP systems is a plus.
- Proactive, attention to detail, and dependable team player with a strong sense of responsibility
