Roles & Responsibilities
Requirements
- Supporting local sales and Malaysia deliveries (order processing, quotation , delivery arrangement)
- Supporting the Singapore and Malaysia sales in liaising with customers, providing timely and accurate execution of customers' needs including sample requests
- Follow on orders and ensure sufficient inventory for customers Inventory management (and disposal of inventory , if required)
- Participation of survey requested by the Department of Statistics
- Provide weekly Sales and inventory reports
- Arrangement for blending and drumming activities
- Update landed costs for all the deliveries/shipments
Requirements
- Chemicals background is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience dealing with both internal and external customers
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Effective complaint management skills
- Knowledge of Incoterms
- Knowledge of SAP, PDF edit, MS Excel, Word, Pivot /Vlookup
- Positive attitude with good time management
