Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee a small team in daily operations
• Assist passengers at check-in counters & self-service kiosks
• Guide travelers at Auto Bag Drop machines
• Perform gate handling duties, including liaison with airline crews & departments
• Escort and assist transit passengers at transfer areas
• Provide support for passengers requiring special assistance
• Carry out other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors

✅ Requirements

• Locals only
• Higher NITEC / Diploma (min.)
• No experience needed - training provided
• Independent, proactive & service-oriented
• Able to work on rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night)

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: From $2,300+
• Monthly Allowances: Up to $500
• Joining Bonus: $5,000
• Annual AWS (13th month bonus)
• Performance Bonus: Up to 3 months
