Key Information:

• Mon to Fro 9am to 6pm, Alternate Saturday 9am to 1pm
• Property Management & storage industry

Responsibilities:

• Monitor system performance and ensure network, system, and endpoint security
• Maintain internal applications such as door access , parking, telephony systems
• Maintain CCTV and WIFI system network
• Provide end-users and customers remote and onsite technical support, addressing hardware, software, and network issue
• Track technical support issues and resolutions in the ticketing system
• Maintain up-to-date network diagrams, floor plan and technical documentation
• Any other ad-hoc duties as required by the company from time to time

Requirements:

• IT Diploma in Business Information Technology (including e-commerce technology, business information systems) with knowledge in design, PHP, CSS, HTML and CMS is a plus.
• Minimum 2-3 years experience
• Maintain hardware and software of in-house systems
• Able to handle Windows/Server administration
• Well versed in MS Office
