- Be the go-to person for clients, answering calls and emails with a helpful and professional touch
 - Prepare and process sales documents-quotes, orders, and delivery notes-accurately and on time
 - Support the Sales Team by checking layouts, visuals, and reports for upcoming projects
 - Liaise with logistics partners to make sure every order and installation runs smoothly
 - Jump in on exciting projects and tasks that keep the team moving forward
 
What You'll Bring
- At least GCE "N" / "O" Levels or equivalent
 - 1-2 years' experience in admin/operations (an advantage, but not a must!)
 - Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable
 - A strong communicator who enjoys working with both colleagues and clients
 - Confident using Microsoft Excel and Word
