Johwa Hair & Living is Hiring a Customer Service Officer!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage appointment scheduling, including confirmations, rescheduling, and reminders, to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Engage proactively with clients to recommend, promote, and sell appropriate scalp, hair, and lifestyle products.
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities during customer interaction.
  • Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system and handle payment transactions accurately.
  • Provide prompt and professional resolution to client feedback or concerns.
  • Work closely with the team - stylists, hair assistants, and support staff - to ensure seamless service and efficient salon operations.

What We're Looking For:
  • A client-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Previous experience in retail, luxury service, or client advisory roles is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills with fluency in English.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • A warm, approachable personality with confidence in sales and customer engagement.
