Responsibilities:

• Manage customer's enquiries from digital platforms (Webforms & Chats) and ensure customer enquiries are resolved to achieve customer satisfaction
• Simultaneously handle multiple chats
• Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives timely to meet the KPIs.
• Handling customer's enquiries and complaints (High consumption, bill presentation, account opening and termination, bill adjustment etc.)
• Payment arrangement (dunning block, instalment plan, payment deferment etc.)
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Period:

• 1 year contract

Location:

• Geylang Bahru

Working Hours: shift work

Monday - Friday

• 8am - 5pm
• 8.30am - 5.30pm
• 9am - 6pm
• 10am - 7pm

Alternate Saturday

• 8am - 12pm
• 8.30am - 12.30pm
• 9am - 1pm

Salary:

• up to $2,900 + bonus

Requirements:

• At least 1 years of relevant work experience in customer service and handling chat enquiries
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent communication, written and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, organize and prioritize work
• Ability to work independently while being a cohesive team member
