Job Description
Requirements
- Coordinate port operations (include stevedore, stuffing/unstuffing, forklift, internal railing etc)
- Provide quotations to customers
- Provide billings to customers
- Ensure all port operations related documents details are in order
- Sorting and filing of documents
- To liaise with other departments for all shipment execution.
- To handle customers' complaints, drivers' and operators' feedback and problems.
- Ensure that all records in the Operation Department are updated and accurate.
- Coordinate and interface with internal and external customers on delivery/collection activities.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by Supervisor
Requirements
- Good communication skills.
- Has excellent attendance and positive attitude to the job.
- Responsible & diligent.
- Able to commit to overtime when necessary
- Work in Jurong Port
- 5 days working week
- Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
- Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
