Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly and professional Guest Service Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming environment. This role involves assisting guests with their inquiries, managing reservations, and contributing to a positive guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and courteous manner.

  • Manage reservations and check-in/check-out processes efficiently.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain an organized and clean front desk area.
  • Collaborate with other departments to meet guest needs and enhance their experience.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and reservation software.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
