Brief Job Description\t• \tProvide first-level technical support for desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral issues.
• \tInstall, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows/macOS) and standard business applications.
• \tRespond to user-reported issues via phone, email, or in-person and log them in the ticketing system.
• \tPerform basic network troubleshooting (e.g., LAN/Wi-Fi issues, IP conflicts).
• \tSetup and deploy new equipment for end-users including imaging and user configuration.
• \tAssist with onboarding and offboarding of employees (account setup, access permissions, device provisioning).
• \tEscalate unresolved issues to Level 2 or relevant teams as needed.
