We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Assistant Guest Experience Manager to join our team and elevate the guest experience within our Collection Club Lounge and Lobby Lounge. You will play a pivotal role in creating seamless, personalized, and memorable experiences for our high-value guests, including VIPs, loyalty members, and long-stay guests, while upholding our commitment to luxury brand standards and our eco-wellness philosophy.

Responsibilities:
- Lead by example in providing anticipatory, personalized service; act as a guest relations ambassador, handling requests and feedback; ensure seamless check-in/check-out experiences; provide tailored recommendations; and engage with guests during lounge services and events.
- Oversee daily lounge operations, ensuring smooth service, adherence to standards, and coordination with other departments (Culinary, Housekeeping, Engineering) to maintain five-star facilities and offerings. Manage inventory and cost controls. Support the implementation of technology solutions.
- Supervise, train, and mentor lounge associates; plan rosters; conduct performance reviews and skills development; and foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
- Drive loyalty program enrollment and engagement; identify upselling opportunities; collaborate with marketing and sales on VIP events; and ensure accurate tracking of loyalty program benefits.
- Prepare and analyze guest feedback reports and operational KPIs; submit shift reports and performance summaries; and ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
Requirement:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Front Office supervisory role, thoroughly familiar with front office and guest experience functions
- Prior experience in a 5 star hotel will be of an advantage
- Proficient with Opera system
- Customer service centric with high level of flexibility & adapability
- Able to work under pressure & fast paced environment
