The Role

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Handle phone, email, and in-person inquiries promptly and efficiently
- Manage enrolment and class scheduling systems
- Resolve concerns when the need arise
- Share program information with customers.
- Support teachers and administrative staff with daily operations
- Provide general administrative support as needed
- Other duties associated with the role and assigned by the line manager.
What They're Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with basic data entry
- Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior customer service experience in relevant environment or industry is a plus
