Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a high level of customer experience in the showroom, ensuring each client feels welcomed and valued.
  • Handle client inquiries and requests via face-to-face interactions, phone, and email in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain and organize the showroom reception area while ensuring store opening/closing processes adhere to SOPs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer needs and ensure satisfaction.
  • Support reporting tasks, including sales/traffic data, and assist with marketing campaigns and showroom initiatives.

Candidate Requirements
  • At least 2 years' experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail, hospitality, or showroom environments.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
  • Willing to work shifts and weekends (latest shift ends at 8pm; 40 hours per week).
