Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and enquiries professionally
• Coordinate with internal departments to follow up on customer requests and issues
• Provide accurate product/service information to customers
• Record and update customer interactions in the system
• Support the customer service team in daily operations and ad-hoc tasks

Requirements:

• Entry-level candidates welcome (training provided)
• Prior customer service / call centre experience will be an advantage
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
