Responsibilities
Requirements
- Welcome guests at the entrance and escort them to their tables, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere.
- Articulate menu options to guests, making recommendations and answering questions to enhance their dining experience.
- Host and engage guests while serving food and beverages, ensuring prompt and excellent service standards.
- Assist with wine decanting and provide wine service, offering expert knowledge and recommendations.
- Process food orders accurately and efficiently, operating a cash register and handling transactions.
- Replenish stocks, polish cutlery, and maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- Interact with guests, providing a warm and memorable experience, and ensuring all guests receive exceptional service.
Requirements
- GCE O Level or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Service Crew in a fine dining environment
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with a cheerful and positive personality.
