We are seeking a proactive IT Support Engineer to provide end-user IT support, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations. You will be the first point of contact for hardware, software, and network-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal downtime.
- Working Hours: Mon-Fri
- Working Location: West
- Salary Package: Up to $3500 (basic) + AWS
Key Responsibilities
- Provide onsite and remote support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows/macOS) and standard business applications.
- Manage user accounts, access rights, and permissions via Active Directory / M365.
- Support network connectivity, printers, and AV equipment.
- Escalate complex issues to relevant teams and follow through to resolution.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure proper documentation of support requests.
Requirements
- NITEC and Diploma in IT or related field, with at least 1 year of desktop support experience.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows, macOS, and Microsoft 365.
- Familiar with IT service management (ITSM) tools and ticketing systems.
- Good knowledge of networking fundamentals and endpoint security.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and respond to onsite incidents promptly.
