Our client is seeking a polished, service-oriented individual to be the face of their boutique - warmly greeting clients, managing appointments, and ensuring a seamless customer journey from the very first moment. Cabin crew members with luxury or high-touch service experience are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a seamless entry experience.
• Manage boutique reception, including phone and email inquiries, and direct them appropriately.
• Coordinate appointments, walk-ins, and client handovers to the retail team.
• Maintain the boutique's front-of-house area and ensure high hospitality standards at all times.
• Support CRM data capture and daily reporting.
• Conduct boutique tours and share brand stories with clients.
• Assist with team scheduling, inventory tracking, and internal coordination.
• Mentor junior staff and help maintain service excellence across the boutique.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in luxury hospitality, retail, or aviation (e.g., cabin crew) is preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Poise, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
