Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries and feedback.
- Handle customer concerns, resolve issues effectively, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Respond to customer reviews and feedback on social media and other online platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent service delivery and communication.
- Support sales-related customer service functions where required.
Skills & Attributes
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Good problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
- Creative thinking with a task-oriented and customer-focused mindset.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- A collaborative team player with high attention to detail.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum Degree qualification in any field.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience in customer service, preferably in sales-related roles.
- Demonstrated ability to handle customers professionally and communicate effectively across different levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking customers and partners.
