Customer Service Officer (RHD) - JL

Contract Duration: 3-months (Extendable up to 1-year)

Work Location: Toa Payoh

Work Hours: Monday to Friday (Office Hours)

Responsibilities:
  • Handle CRMS calls and respond to applicant inquiries.
  • Schedule new appointments and manage rescheduling.
  • Advise applicants on application procedures, eligibility, and related queries.
  • Create assessment numbers for new applicants without an existing RHD reference.
  • Provide guidance on inquiries and payment matters.
  • Inform applicants of application or allocation status for acknowledged and registered cases (non-priority, public line provided).
  • Collect information on applicants' requests for early allocation to support MIC's further review.

Requirement:
  • GCE O Levels
  • Relevant experience in handling customer enquiry through phone calls
  • Only Singaporeans
