We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Specialist to join our team and ensure seamless technology operations across our organisation.
This role combines technical expertise with excellent customer service skills to support end-users and maintain critical IT infrastructure across multiple locations.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and support end-user devices and network (LAN/WiFi) across multiple locations.
- Monitor and manage server operations to ensure smooth performance.
- Administer anti-virus systems (Trend Micro, Apex One Office Scan).
- Apply security patches and updates for Windows, Intel drivers, and applications.
- Provide helpdesk support via email, hotline, walk-ins, onsite, and remote assistance.
- Log and resolve support requests using the ITSM platform.
- Manage Windows 11 and other OS systems, including imaging, deployment, and troubleshooting.
- Support hardware and software setup, configuration, and issue resolution.
- Maintain IT asset records, tagging, and disposal.
- Coordinate with vendors for system setup, repairs, and maintenance.
- Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and reports.
- Configure and support online video conferencing systems.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2-3 years of IT support/helpdesk experience.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS (Windows 11 preferred).
- Experience in network troubleshooting (LAN/WiFi).
