We are looking for a Customer Service Admin to join the operations team and play a vital role in ensuring smooth delivery experiences from order to invoice. You will act as the key liaison between customers and internal departments, coordinating logistics while maintaining top-tier service and accurate admin processes.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Coordinate incoming customer requests via calls, emails, and faxes professionally
- Plan and schedule daily deliveries and collections for optimal efficiency
- Process sales orders, delivery notes, quotations, invoices, and billing documents
- Track backorders, service requests, and contract fulfillment timelines
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with key clients
- Collaborate across departments (Warehouse, Sales, Finance, Ops) to resolve issues
- Maintain accurate digital records through scanning and proper documentation
- Support overall team needs with general administrative duties
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline
- Strong in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Prior experience in customer service or logistics admin is advantageous
